Kip's Origin Story Part 1

Kip's mom and dad did everything they could to keep him away from the forest fire. They climbed a mountain, scaled rocks but they couldn't outrun it. As their last act on this earth, they got Kip to safety. Kip's mom launched him off of the towering cliff just before the flames could get him. But they didn't make it.
He fell for what seemed like an eternity. The last glimpse of his mother's eye were seared into his brain as he fell thousands of feet to the forest floor below. His thick fur and small size slowed his fall. Luckily he had a guardian angel approaching through the valley leading more animals out of the fire. It was Bigfoot.
He caught him and carried him with the other baby animals, but they could not outrun it.
